Returns Policy:

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your products.

To Report a Damaged or Missing Item, Kindly send an Email to "support@mirakia.com" and must include and attached:

1. A photo of the product, along with the invoice (for damaged items)
2. Order number
3. Your preference for a replacement or refund.

Kindly keep the product in original condition if you have received the damaged or defective product, we will help you with the return label and also arrange the return pickup. Once the product reach to our warehouse, we will process the replacement or refund as per your preference.

If you have simply changed your mind about an item, or you were not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to return it, kindly send an email to " support@mirakia.com". You will receive an email response from our team's end with return instructions and RA number would be issued. You are responsible for return shipping in this case, and we do not refund the original shipping cost and also subject to restocking fees of 25%. Items must be RECEIVED within 30 days of receipt of your order
