Return Policy before Order is Dispatched:

If you have placed order by mistake or you have selected wrong product in order then please talk with our support executive via chat tool given on our website before order is dispatched. You will be given solution of your problem or order will be cancelled by our support executive in no time. Alternatively you can write email to support@mirakia.com with subject:  Cancel Order # {Your order no}  while specifying the Reason for cancelling the order in email.

NOTE: Once the order is dispatched then we wont be able to cancel the order.

Return Policy after Order is Delivered:

Kindly keep the product in original condition if you have received the damaged or defective product, we will help you with the return label and also arrange the return pickup. Once the product reach to our warehouse, we will process the replacement or refund as per your preference.

If you have simply changed your mind about an item, or you were not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to return it, kindly send an email to " support@mirakia.com". You will receive an email response from our team's end with return instructions and RA number would be issued. You are responsible for return shipping in this case, and we do not refund the original shipping cost and also subject to restocking fees of 25%. Items must be RECEIVED within 30 days of receipt of your order.
